RBI Assistant 2018 Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Indian Nationality:  Students appearing in the RBI Assistant 2018 must be from the following nationalities.

  1. The appearing aspirant has to be a citizen of India.
  2. The appearing candidates can either be from Nepal or Bhutan.
  3. This for the candidates belonging to the Tibetan refugees who visited India before the month of January in the year 1962 and having a theory of intention to stay permanently in India also eligible to appear for the RBI Assistant exam.
  4. Also, the immigrates coming from countries like Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Burma, as well as East African countries like Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Zaire, Tanzania, and the Eastern parts of Ethiopia can also appear for the examinations if they have a permanent settlement in India.

RBI Assistant jobs 2018 Examination Qualification 

  • As for now, it is mandatory for the candidates appearing for RBI Assistant exams to have passed their graduation from a certified and recognized university.
  • For the candidates, proof of their 12th certification is required that is the mark sheet of the passing examination has to be produced by or before 1st of August 2018.

RBI Assistant Recruitment 2018 Application Form

The application form will be available to the candidates online. The Reserve Bank of India is soon going to release its application form for the candidates to apply it online for the process. The application form will be available in the online official admission portal. All the appearing aspirants are required to fill up their application form online as soon as it is available. Also, students will have to make the payment of the fee in online mode only.

RBI Assistant Recruitment 2018 Cut-Off

The cutoff for the RBI Assistant has yet not been decided. As soon as the date of the examination is scheduled, the cut-off will be declared and updated on the official website of RBI Assistant Exam. Candidates can then know how much preparation they need to qualified.

RBI Assistant Recruitment 2018 Results

The results of the RBI Assistant process have not been announced on the official website. The shortlisted candidates will be further called up to attend the MAINS exams. This will be followed up by the Interview Process.

RBI Assistant 2018 Recruitment Application Fees

Appearing and interested Candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 450 for the application fee.  This is the fee for the General and the OBC.  For the SC/ST, the application fee for them is Rs 50.

Examination Pattern of RBI Assistant Recruitment 2018

Phase 1 – Preliminary Examination

  • The first examination will be the preliminary examination and it will be an objective type of a test which will be organized and held completely online.
  • Question paper for the preliminary examination will consist of 3 sections. Different sections include reasoning ability, English language, and numerical ability.
  • The total number of questions in the examination will be 100. The total number of marks allotted for 300 questions will be 100.
  • Candidates will be required to solve the question paper in the given time and that is one hour.
  • For every question that the candidate attempts wrong, there will be a deduction of 1/4th marks.
  • It is totally on the candidate for the language they want to choose you can either give their examination in English or Hindi.

Phase 2 – Mains Examination

  • The first examination will be the preliminary examination and it will be an objective type of a test which will be organized and held completely online.
  • Question paper for the preliminary examination will consist of 5 sections. Different sections include reasoning quantitative ability, English language, and general awareness, and computer knowledge.
  • The total number of questions in the examination will be 100. The total number of marks allotted for 200 questions will be 200.
  • Candidates will be required to solve the question paper in the given time and that is one hour.
  • For every question that the candidate attempts wrong, there will be a deduction of 1/4th marks.
  • It is totally on the candidate for the language they want to choose you can either give their examination in English or Hindi.
